A few weeks ago, it was reported that a new flagship smartphone that supports 200W fast charging is about to be released. A new report from China reveals that the device will be Xiaomi brand.
The report also states that Xiaomi’s flagship smartphone that supports 200W fast charging technology may be launched in the second half of this year. Looks like the chaz is currently in the testing phase. However, according to reports, the device currently under development is not as good as the Ultra models of current flagships in terms of performance. Therefore, it has been stated that the company continues its efforts to strengthen the performance.
It is not clear which model to use
Note that the 200W fast charging technology mentioned is a combination of wired fast charging, wireless charging and reverse wireless charging. In other words, the fast charging of the device will not be 200W. This development is not surprising, given Xiaomi’s current flagship smartphone, the Xiaomi Mi 11, already has 115W charging support. Also, Mi 10 Extreme Commemorative Edition, which was released last year, supports 180W charging.
We will be able to see which device from Xiaomi will support this high-speed charging in the upcoming period. Will it be a variant of the Mi 11 flagship smartphone or will it be a completely new device? We’ll have to wait a few more weeks to learn the answer to this question.
