Sony patented a live support style app to assist players in missed episodes

Having recently patented many interesting technologies, Sony has now patented a live support style application. You can find the details in our news.

Sony, which has patented many interesting technologies especially after the release of PlayStation 5 , has added a new one among these patents recently.

This new patent basically works like this. If the player has not passed a certain part of a game or has difficulty, he / she immediately starts to contact a game expert in real time and the game expert helps the player about the part he / she failed to pass. In short, we can say that it is a “Live Support” style application that we have seen in many different applications .

The aim of this new system is to ensure that the players do not get bored in the sections where they have difficulties or close the game, or to deliver the help to the player as soon as possible thanks to this live support until they get help from the internet . This feature will also make it easier for people with disabilities to play the game more comfortably and get help faster.

Unfortunately, the requirements of the person who will help the players are not fully specified . According to the document, it is sufficient that the expert only played the episode. It is also not known when Sony will activate this system, but it should be noted that it is not in the near future.
