Huawei’s first desktop computer appeared for sale in the global market

Huawei launched its first desktop computer in China last November. The company is now making a model for the global market. The device named MateStation S is listed on Huawei Malaysia’s website.

The case of the new desktop computer, which will be available soon, is slightly different from the MateStation B515 launched in China. The renewed case measures 93 x 93 x 315.5 mm. Its weight is 4.2 kilograms.

Technical specifications

MateStation S includes Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.0 module. On the front of the case, there are USB-A and USB-C ports as well as a 3.5 mm headphone jack. On the back, there is a microphone input, 4 USB-A ports, HDMI port, VGA output and Ethernet port.

Huawei’s new desktop computer has AMD Ryzen 5 4600G processor, 8 GB DDR4 3200 MHz RAM, 256 GB SSD storage. The device, which will come with Windows 10, also supports features such as Huawei Share and multi-screen collaboration.

Mate Station S will be presented with a 23.8 inch monitor with Full HD (1920 x 1080 pixels) resolution. A keyboard and mouse will also be included in the box. Although the features of the desktop computer are certain, it has not been announced how it will be offered to consumers with a price tag.
