In addition to its simple and stylish design, the Huawei MateView monitor model has features such as 10-bit color support, OneHop wireless screen transfer, and fast charging support.
Huawei’s MateView monitor model, aimed at standard users, was introduced for global markets. Developed for efficiency, Huawei MateView can also mirror wirelessly.
Huawei MateView features
The Huawei MateView model offers a resolution of 3840×2560 pixels on its 28.2-inch IPS LCD screen. The monitor, which meets the HDR400 standard with a brightness value of 500 nits, covers 98 percent of the DCI-P3 color gamut and the entire sRGB color gamut.
Apart from the DC Dimming method, which eliminates fluctuations, 10-bit color depth, 1200:1 contrast ratio, deltaE<2 for DCI-P3 and deltaE<1 calibration for sRGB are available. On the pedestal, there are 2 5W speakers and two far-field microphones.
The monitor, which comes with a 135W power adapter, can deliver 65W of energy over a USB Type-C. 60Hz transmission is possible via DP 1.2. 50Hz is achieved via HDMI 2.0. When a keyboard and mouse are connected to two USB Type-A connections, it can act as a KVM switch.
OneHop wireless transfer standard comes as an option in the product, and wireless screen transfer can be made from Huawei devices with the lowest Kirin 980 chip and EMUI 12. A price has not yet been announced for the Huawei MateView.
