Dying Light 2’s map will be 4 times bigger than the first game

New details were shared about Dying Light 2, one of the most curious games of 2021. Exciting details about the game’s map have been announced.

A few new details about Dying Light 2, the second game in the open world action game Dying Light series, published by Techland Publishing and developed by Techland, have been announced.

Dying Light’s Senior Technology Programmer, Lukasz Burdka, recently participated in an interview with WCCFTech, where he made some comments on the game’s map. As you know, the first game of Dying Light had an open world and the second game will also have an open world.

The second game’s map will be about 4 times bigger than the first game, Lukasz Burdka said, but he said it was a guess. The game will be much wider and there is a lot to explore, as it will be much larger vertically as well as horizontally. It was recently announced that the game will have 3 different modes on the new generation consoles. These modes are: Quality (ray tracing will be found), Performance (60+ FPS) and 4K.

In the past years, the developers of the game have said that they know that players want a fuller map, not a larger map. Dying Light 2 will be released for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X / S, Xbox One and PC this year.
