Apple will save 1 million tons of metal by removing the charger from iPhone boxes

Now the Cupertino giant claims in its latest Environmental Progress Report that it could save 861,000 tons of copper, zinc and tin by not putting chargers in iPhone cases . If we add the remaining models to this number, the figure will increase to 1 million .

Boxes also got smaller
